Terms and Conditions
Your appointments are very important to us. We know your time is valuable, and ours is too. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice.
Rescheduling Policy: We/I understand that a minimum of 24 hours notice is required when needing to reschedule a consult. If the rescheduling request is within the 24 hour period than a rescheduling fee of $80 will be payable. This payment will need to be made prior to the rescheduled consult being conducted. This policy is applicable to all consults.
Cancellation Policy: We/I understand that a minimum of 24 hours notice is required when cancelling a consult. If the cancellation notification is within the 24 hour period than a cancellation fee of $100 is payable. This payment can either be made the same way that the original fee was made or the amount of $100 can be deducted from the refund issued from Pet Praise to the client due to the cancellation. This policy is applicable to all consults.
