Before you begin
We strongly encourage you to familiarise yourself with the Award Background information (insert link) prior to applying for these Awards.
Each of our State and Territory committees is funding Awards and the conditions and requirements for the Awards differ so we encourage you to look at our webpage www.crawfordfund.org for the committee responsible for the State/Territory in which your institution is based and to familiarise yourself with the specific requirements for your jurisdiction.
Please note that this short online application form cannot be saved midway through the process. Before you begin, be aware that we require some attachments and other information to support your application, including:
- a brief CV
- the signatures or a supporting note from the two Authorised Officers approving your application
- details of at least one referee (preferably two)
Your health and safety is paramount to us so you will be asked to provide details of the arrangements for this purpose too, including any insurance cover details.
