WHY FREE ?
Instead of spending more on advertising companies, we decided to spend a larger percentage of our advertising budget giving our products for you to experience and hopefully share the words for us.
Plus we believe that everyone deserves a pair of comfortable and timeless active staples in their wardrobe.
WHY PAY SHIPPING ?
Shipping around the world can get really expensive, and our shipping costs are real. We aim to deliver goods of the highest quality and to only work with factories with fair labor practices. Most of our goods are manufactured in Guangzhou, China and we make sure to only work with factories with good working conditions. Unfortunately as a startup, we have limited capacities; so thanks for helping us to do it right.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST ?
Express shipping cost $20 AUD from our Sydney warehouse. For all paid order (i.e. if you order another item together with the free staples of your choice), we absorb shipping cost from our margin to ensure the best possible experience, meaning free express shipping.
For International orders, shipping cost $32 AUD equivalent to $23 USD or £17.5.
New Zealand orders cost $25 AUD.
WHY $20 AUD ?
Our shipping cost covers everything from transport cost (factory to warehouse), the postage cost itself, and most importantly the people involved along the supply chain.
HOW DO YOU MAKE MONEY ?
We're simply taking money off traditional advertising and let you experience our product instead. Hence, we're not making money off this campaign as we know that it costs money to acquire new customer.
WHAT IF I WANT TO ORDER OTHER ITEMS ?
Simply browse our products and shop as usual. We will also waive the shipping fee if you decide to include another product; as previously mentioned, we will absorb the shipping cost from our margin.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE PRODUCT ?
All orders will be shipped within 24 hours on business days. Express shipping takes 1-4 business days for Australian orders depending on location. For more information on international delivery times, please refer to our delivery & returns page.
All shipments are tracked and you will receive an automated email update on the delivery status. We will also make sure to keep you updated via email should there be any delay in delivery.
* At the moment, we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses for Australian orders (we're working on it). You will need to provide us with either a residential or commercial address.
