Reminder:

All WCA Puppy Applications MUST be sent back to the WCA for further processing. Online Registration does not guarantee Permanent Registration if we have not received your Puppy Application.

Once your Puppy Application has arrived at our WCA Office, and this online form is filled out, your Registration will be processed immediately.

Electronic Agreement

I hereby apply for permission to submit applications electronically. By applying my Signature to this agreement, I am bound by all the terms and conditions of this Agreement as follows:

With the approval of this Agreement, signed applications will not be required for those submitted electronically via The World Canine Association website and applications may be submitted by Fax or Scanned and submitted electronically. My Signature shall be deemed to have the same force and effect as if I had signed the respective document in accordance with the requirements of The World Canine Association.

I agree to provide accurate and complete information in accordance with the regulations and policies of The World Canine Association.

I agree not to hold The World Canine Association responsible for any data corruption which may occur as a result of an electronic transfer.

I understand that all parties involved in the transaction must have Electronic Registration Agreements on file with The World Canine Association to proceed with the transaction.

This Agreement may be terminated at any time by The World Canine Association.
