    To assist in ensuring your application is processed efficiently, please ensure you complete all sections fully. Failure to comply will result in processing delays and may even result in the application not being submitted to the Landlord.
     
    This application will take approximately 15 - 20 minutes to complete.
    I understand that: One application (including 100 points of identification) is required for every person over 18 years old wishing to reside at the property; and,- Where there is more than one applicant (also over 18 years old), subsequent individuals can be nominated as "lessee" or "approved occupant".
     
    Furthermore, I understand that should my application be approved: I/We are required to sign the General Tenancy Agreement ("Lease") and pay the first two weeks rent within 24 hours of being notified of approval. I accept that the property will remain advertised as available until such time; and, - Prior to the commencement of the Lease, the equivalent to 4 weeks rent for Bond must be paid using cleared funds such as bank cheque, money order or EFT to our nominated trust account.

  • Before you commence this application, please also have available electronic copies of 100 points of identification. Original or certified copies of this identification may be requested by the agency at a later stage.
  • Please note: - If you are employed, you will be asked further on in the application to provide copies of your last three payslips.- If you are self-employed you will be asked further on in the application to provide provide copies of your last three months of bank statements and a letter from your accountant supporting your tenancy application and ability to meet rent payments.- If you receive Centrelink payments or a similar benefit, you will be asked further on in the application to provide evidence of these payments. Similar to the identification points process, your application will be processed more efficiently if you upload these documents in an electronic format.   • I, the said applicant, do solemnly and sincerely declare that the information contained in this application is true and correct and that all of the information was given of my own free will. I further consent to the Lessor/Agent contacting and / or conducting any enquiries and/or searches with regards to the information and references supplied in this application.I, the said applicant, so solemnly and sincerely declare that I am over 18 years of age and have read and understand the contents of this agreement and have the competence and capacity to enter into this agreement. I further confirm, agree and declare:1. I have inspected the property of which I am applying for; 2. I am applying for a tenancy period as per the details at the end of this Declaration and agree to pay (within 24 hours of being notified of approval) the first two weeks rent and furthermore (within 24 hours of the lease commencement date) the Bond equivalent to four weeks rent;3. I have been informed, understand and agree that the Rental for the said property is to be paid two weeks in advance at all times;4. I have been informed, understand and agree that the Lessor/Agent will carry out an Inspection on the Property on a three monthly basis and I further warrant that I will co-operate fully to allow this Inspection to be carried out on said basis;5. I have been informed, understand and agree that the acceptance of my application is subject to a satisfactory report being obtained from information supplied on the fully completed Tenancy Application submitted by me. I further consent to the agent carrying out any enquiries necessary to process my Tenancy Application;6. I have been informed, understand and agree that should there be a requirement to commence proceedings for recovery of Rent, Repairs and any damage to the aforesaid property during the term or at the expiration of the Tenancy Agreement all costs of recovery associated with these proceedings shall be able to be recovered from me;7. I further consent to the agent disclosing all personal information that they may hold for the purpose of:a) Listing my name with a tenancy database as a result of a Tribunal Order, (b) enforcing a Tribunal Order, (c) commencing recovery action in relation to any debt owed as a result of outstanding rent, repairs and or damage that occurred or occurs during my period of tenancy;8. I have been informed, understand that this property is covered by the Barclay M.I.S. Risk Management Plan and further consent to the agent supplying my personal information to Barclay M.I.S.;9. I have been informed, understand and agree that should this application for tenancy not be accepted, the agent is not required or obligated to disclose why or supply any reason for the rejection of this application unless the application is declined as a result of my name being listed with a tenancy database;10. I confirm that I have read and understand the Privacy Policy attached that the Lessor/Agent has attached to this application; and,11. I have been informed, understand and consent to the agent supplying all necessary information as may be required, to any Tenancy Data Base/s that they use, subject to the Tenancy Data Base/s complying with the Provisions of the Privacy Act. PRIVACY ACT ACKNOWLEDGEMENTIn Accordance with Section 18(n) of the Privacy Act, I authorise you to give information to and obtain information from all credit providers and references named in this Application. I understand this can include information about my credit worthiness, credit standing, credit history or credit capacity. I understand this information may be used to access my application.
