For classes and rehearsals, Recording Services has made available many high quality and easy to use Zoom recorders (both video and audio) for checkout in the Bonisteel Library. Please consider using these unless this is a high-impact event.
Schedules in IPR Studio A are fluid due to a constantly changing broadcast production environment and may change on short notice. Upon submission of this form you will be contacted to confirm scheduling.
All events in Studio A will be captured and a reference stereo mix will be provided, but any post-production is not included in this session.
Please answer the questions below to the best of your knowledge and we will attempt to fulfill your archive request. Know that not every request can be filled due to copyright and media condition if not digitized. A fee may be assessed in order to process your request which will be discussed individually with you over email once this request has been processed.

Any prop/furniture requests require at least 2 weeks notice.
Any scenery requests, built or pulled from stock, requires approval by Brent Wrobel, a production meeting and at least 3 weeks notice.
Any Costume requests require approval by Candy Hughes, a production meeting and at least 3 weeks notice.
Please note: This request form is not for marketing or content videos, but for non-public-facing recordings you require for departmental use. If we are unable to assist you in fulfilling this request, there are cameras and lapel microphones in the library, available for you to check out.
